The problem 🤔
The Northpass website faced issues of inconsistency and outdated elements across its pages. Some pages adhered to the old branding, while others embraced the new, causing confusion for both our clients and our team during page creation. To address these challenges, we prioritized the establishment of a versatile design system with clear guidelines.
Additionally, recognizing the importance of efficient page creation, we sought to implement a modular system that would empower the Northpass team to construct new pages seamlessly, free from visual concerns.
What we did 💡
With a clear understanding of the objectives, I proceeded to develop wireframes and design concepts that aligned with the brand’s aesthetics and values.
Through an iterative feedback loop, we fine-tuned the design direction and moved to establishing a design system. The system proved to be indispensable in the development of a comprehensive set of reusable modules, offering a multitude of styling options, all built within the HubSpot platform.
The revised Northpass website successfully embodied the essence of the rebranding, effectively portraying the company’s updated image and values.
The updated website not only aligned with the new brand style but also contributed to increased user engagement, longer session durations, and improved conversion rates.
By implementing a design system and styling sheet, making global changes or adding new elements becomes a breeze. The creation of a set of reusable modules has greatly streamlined the process of building new pages and implementing global styling modifications.
