Most projects are created using the Figma, program, where we establish dedicated spaces for clients. This is where all graphics specifically designed for them are stored. For animation or video production, we use After Effects and Premiere Pro from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. In certain situations, we also utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, to achieve the best results.

When implementing websites, depending on the client’s preferences, we use systems such as Webflow or WordPress.

Our work organization is based on the Trello, tool, utilizing Kanban boards. For each client, we create an individual Trello board where they can place tasks to be done in the form of cards. These cards are then moved between relevant columns that reflect different stages of the task: Assigned Tasks, To Do, In Progress, To Review, Ready and On Hold. Upon joining the selected plan, each client receives detailed instructions on how to use Trello.

Right after signing up for the chosen plan, the client receives the first invoice for the first month. Subsequent invoices are issued regularly every 30 days. Each invoice has a payment term of 7 days from issuance and can be settled via bank transfer.

In the near future, we plan to introduce an automated payment system.

We understand that you might not always have graphic tasks for us. That’s why we allow you to pause the subscription in such situations. We invoice for the full month’s work on business days. If you decide to pause the subscription, for example, halfway through the month, the remaining business days are saved and can be used whenever needed. During the subscription pause period, we do not issue invoices. We resume invoicing only when you choose to reactivate it.

However, keep in mind that we work with a limited number of clients. So, if you come back when all spots are taken, you’ll need to wait until one becomes available. In that case, you’ll be added to the top waiting list – our loyal clients always have priority.

Canceling the subscription is a straightforward process. Just let us know, and we will immediately stop issuing invoices. If you decide to cancel during a period for which you have already paid, you will still be able to use our services until the end of that period – we do not provide payment refunds.

After you cancel, we remove your personal Trello and Figma spaces. If you choose to return later, we’ll have to begin the entire process anew and you might be put on the waiting list.

Our priority is to create high-quality, useful, and user-friendly designs based on our extensive experience and expertise. We invest an appropriate amount of time in the design process and continuously deepen our knowledge. Out of respect for our craft, we do not foresee refund options. If within the first month of collaboration you are not fully satisfied with the results of our work, you have the freedom to terminate the subscription.

This decision depends on the individual needs and situation of the company. Employing an experienced and versatile designer can involve a higher cost. It’s also necessary to invest time in recruitment and verifying whether the candidate meets expectations. Designers often have specific specializations (e.g., web designer, product designer, animation designer), which means that one person may not meet all of the company’s visual needs. Additionally, providing the employee with necessary equipment and tools (graphic programs require licenses) needs to be considered. Moreover, one must consider the availability of a steady workflow for a full-time employee over an extended period – employee layoffs are difficult decisions. With us, you don’t have to worry about equipment or licenses, and you can stop or end the subscription with us at any time.
